Press author Paul Taylor participates in a most insightful Q&A at Civil War Books and Authors online. He sheds more light on the subject of the Civil War era Union Leagues covered in his recent book The Most Complete Political Machine Ever Known: The North’s Union Leagues in the American Civil War.
